Zhiwo Inc. is a design, renovation, and construction company with locations in Georgetown and Markham, serving the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario. We work across outdoor spaces, interiors, and groundwork.
Plenty of contractors are really just brokers — they sell you a job and hire out every part of it. Zhiwo operates differently. The crew is ours. The machines are ours. We select and source the project materials. The shop where gates and fences are fabricated is ours.
That control is the point. It helps us coordinate design, fabrication, excavation, and installation while keeping quality and timelines clear.
